Young cyclists across Bassetlaw can get on their bikes for free this spring, as Learn to Ride sessions arrive in Harworth, Worksop, and Langold.

The sessions, backed by Bassetlaw District Council, are designed to help children build confidence on two wheels in a safe and supervised environment. Qualified instructors will be on hand to guide beginners through the basics.

The programme is part of a wider push to encourage active travel and outdoor activity among young people in the district. Previous sessions in other parts of the county have proved popular with families.

Full details of dates, times, and locations for each session are expected to be published on the Bassetlaw District Council website in the coming days. Parents are advised to check the council's social media channels for updates.
