Shop owners across Worksop's town centre and high streets can now apply for grants to spruce up their frontages, with funding of up to £10,000 available per business.
The scheme, run through the Pride in Place programme, aims to give the town centre a visual lift and draw more shoppers into the area. The Worksop Together Board has set aside the money specifically for refurbishment work on shop fronts.
Applications opened this month and will stay open until March 2027, giving businesses a full year to get their bids in. The grants are available to eligible businesses across the Worksop area.
For shop owners considering the scheme, the timing could help tidy up tired frontages before the busy trading periods ahead. If you run a business in Worksop town centre or on one of the main high streets and want to find out if you qualify, contact the Worksop Together Board for more details on how to apply.
